My period gets really bad sometimes. Once my cramps were so bad I had to leave school because I couldn't pay attention. I'm still trying to figure out the whole period thing (and I'm sure many other people are too), so any advice would be stellar.

I'm awful at eating healthy. I'm one of those people that can eat whatever they want and barely gain a pound, so my diet isn't exactly perfect. Personally, I hate exercising, but I know it's good for you. For me, I like to scroll through Pinterest and find some quotes that I like. Other times I'll watch shows on Netflix like "The Office" or "Parks and Recreation." They're always funny and they put me in a good mood. For me, I like to take naps, read, write in my journal, talk to my friends and listen to a playlist on Spotify that I made specifically for helping me calm down and relax.
